Bought it for Real-time distances… doesn’t work

I thought this would be a great alterntaive to other much more expensive design tools. Well while most of the tools here work, the one thing I bought it for does not. Real-time distances… I tried the “O” toggle and the only thing it toggles is top/bottom. There is no clear documentation as how to achieve the real-time distances (it mentions automatic, but that doesn’t happen either). I went to the support website, but there is no way to ask support/developer. If real-time distance is what you’re after look elsewhere...
