Freezes & Locks-Up

This was not a cheap app, but it has proven useless in it’s current state. It works for a couple of minutes and then becomes completely unresponsive. It just will not do anything. You don’t get that spinning wheel of death or the Application Not Responding message, but it just stops working. You can’t quit it from the app menu or select anything, you just become frozen. The only way to exit it is then by going to finder and Force Closing the application. Worthless. I want my $10 back. Unbelievable.
